Cacok to partake in Reese’s College All-Star Game
Turns out UNC Wilmington fans will get one more chance to see Devontae Cacok compete on the collegiate level.
The accolades and awards keep plying up for the senior forward who was invited to the Reese’s College All-Star Game to be played during this year’s Final Four in Minneapolis. He was previously selected to be apart of the Colonial Athletic Association’s 3X3U Championship team.
While the 3X3U team will play in the Mall of America for prize money, the All-Star Game is played on the official Final Four floor inside US Bank Stadium. It will be held as part of the traditional Final Four Friday where fans will also see the competing teams practice prior to Saturday night’s games.
Cacok will be on the East squad coached by former NBA guard Nate Robinson. The East team also includes fellow CAA standouts like Vasa Pusica (Northeastern) and Jarrell Brantley (College of Charleston). The West team is coached by former Dallas Mavericks star Jason Terry and features Campbell guard Chris Clemons.
Fans hoping to see Cacok and other seniors across the nation for the final time will need to tune in on Friday, April 5, at 4:30 ET/3:30 CT on CBS Sports Network.
