After more than three decades of service to the people of Wilmington, Causeway Cafe will close this Sunday, Nov. 4 to coincide with the retirement of owner Dave Monaghan.

The Wrightsville Beach restaurant first opened in 1987 and has been serving locals and out-of-towners ever since. Monaghan and his staff allowed The Seahawk to visit the cafe and tell their story, as well as produce the news package featured above.
