On Feb. 13, UNC Wilmington’s PERCH office held a housing fair in Fish University Union for the outflux of students that came from limited housing in the aftermath of hurricane Florence.
PERCH is UNCW’s office for off-campus, non-traditional, and graduate students. There are many opportunities for students that are facing living off campus for the first time, and the housing fair allowed students to get a comprehensive view of what they may be interested in for housing next year.
To further help students, this list was compiled to showcase multiple options for students that could not attend. The list is comprised of housing options in different formats and will further break down the offers that the units have listed. All prices were gathered as of Feb. 13 and are subject to change.

Floor plans and cost:
All apartments are furnished. The apartments are either two bedrooms with two baths for $739 or three bedrooms with three baths for $669 on a monthly basis.
