This synopsis of my story is not the exception for many queer students, who are often leaving home for the very first time. With this being the case, UNCW should incorporate mandatory training for incoming and current students to both try to educate them on how to interact with and around LGBTQ people and alert them to be conscious of their fellow peers whom they do not necessarily know all that well.

Last week, the Office of Sustainability formally opened the doors of their new space located in the Warwick Center, filling the vacant space following the Office of Military Affairs’ move to Veterans Hall. This space will house Chief Sustainability Officer Kat Pohlman, as well as her staff of peer educators.
UNCW must implement student wellness days moving forward. This change would lead to increased academic performance, increased mental health and a decreased rate of student burnout. Student wellness days would ultimately benefit the university as a whole.
Several major universities, including Duke University have announced that they will require students to receive the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine prior to their return. The UNC System will not.

The development plans to bring a large amount of new residential space to the area, with 250 apartment units, 40 townhome units and 120 single-family homes. The commercial space will be made up of a 10,000 square foot shopping center, office space, restaurants and a hotel.
Midterm burnouts are essentially a buildup of stress due to an overload of work. Students begin to lose motivation and become mentally exhausted because the pressure of assignment due dates becomes too stress-inducing.
Comparing the largest options, the All Access 6 will cost $160.70 more than the current All Access 7 while offering one less teal meal and 50 more food dollars. However, students looking for the cheapest required option will spend $31.71 less than the current All Access 5 while losing the five weekly teal meals and gaining 25 food dollars.
In an email obtained by The Seahawk, it was relayed that under Group 3, student employees who receive a paycheck and work in-person and on-campus are now eligible to receive their COVID-19 vaccine.
